Keynote
Supercharge your event with motivational speeches and thought-provoking stories of Estonians who have been on the battlefield. Our team has served their country in both regular military and special forces. Get inspiration and tips from their challenging and interesting journey.
A keynote is a good way to build team unity. With our unique presentation we get your audience to look at situations in life and work with a fresh perspective.
Our journey has shown us that people remember emotion and knowledge best when it is presented in a practical format. That’s why the majority of our training is built on practical experiences for your team. A regular lecture might contain great theory but we believe that only through practical exercises can we really absord the emotion and content of the discussion.
To support you in this goal, we have put together a short (30 min – 1h), engaging talk.

Remo Ojaste
Remo is Combat Ready CEO and Co-founder. He has served for 8 years in the Special Operations Unit of the Estonian Defence Forces, and later was involved in sales of military mobility platforms at Milrem Robotics. Aleksandr Afanasjev
Aleksandr is a Combat Ready Leadership Instructor. He has served in the Estonian Defence Forces, the Defence Academy and has been on three missions to Afghanistan. He has supported the Estonian Crossfit community and launched various programs in that area of business. Learn more about Aleksandr HERE!
Priit Lilleväli
Priit is a Combat Ready Leadership Instructor. He has served in the Peace Operations Centre and the Scout Battalion and has been on two missions to Afghanistan. Later, life led him to the path of coaching. In 2023 Priit was named Äripäev “Trainer of the Year”. Learn more about Priit HERE!
Renee Aluste
Renee is a Combat Ready Leadership Instructor. He has served in the Defence Forces, the maritime forces and the Scouts Battalion. Renee is one of the few Estonians to have been through the extremely challenging Ranger School in the USA.

Louis Zezeran
Louis is a Combat Ready Leadership Instructor. He is the founder of “Comedy Estonia”, the group who introduced the art-form of Stand Up comedy to the country almost 15 years ago. His experiences lay in applying the principles of Extreme Ownership and the 4 Laws of Combat in the fields of startups, creativity and the entertainment industry.

As Combat Ready instructors have different backgrounds and personal lessons learned, each talk is preseted in a unique way while still reflecting the core Leadership values that we teach. Each speech contains pracitcal leadership lessons (The 4 Laws of Combat and The Mindsets to Victory) and real-life examples from the speaker’s life. At the end of the keynote there will also be time for Q&A.
