The Combat Hike is a good opportunity to exercise both mind and body, in outdoor condition, in one day of training. This is no ordinary hike and does not require good physical fitness. Rather, the emphasis is on acquiring and consolidating managerial knowledge, which is closely linked to the development of responsibility, teamwork and a sense of unity.

“Extreme Ownership” is a thrilling personal development trainingunlike anything else on the market. The day is based on the course ” Leadership Principles from the Battlefield”, with a strong emphasis on practical ecercises and role plays.
This is not a typical classroom lecture. The Extreme Ownership training is designed for anyone who wants to grow — as a leader, as a team member, or simply as a human being. Both women and men who want to win in life, not stay in the victim role, are welcome.. Taking ownership is not something revolutionary, but it is often exactly what’s missing.
Not everyone is born a leader, but the need to take ownership is something we all share. We believe that solving every problem begins with taking ownership. There are no bad teams, only people who don’t take ownership.

Practical management training FTX
FTX is for all people who want to add to their experience with an experience that will teach leadership skills for life! We don’t make you soldiers, we give you the tools to win in any situation!
FTX is Combat Ready’s most popular leadership training. Over the course of the day, you will complete five missions with a team to develop your planning, prioritisation and teamwork skills. Participants will be able to serve in both a leader and follower position.
Laser guns are used as an aid to missions, because it is in a “combat situation” that jamming errors are most quickly detected.
