The Extreme Ownership Training Day is designed for anyone who wants to grow – as a leader, as a team member, or simply as a human being.
Both women and men who want to win in life – not play the victim – are welcome.
Not everyone is born a leader, but the need to lead is something we all share. Leadership is a skill needed both at home and at work – we believe every problem is a leadership problem. There are no bad teams, only bad leaders.

This is a one-of-a-kind training day – you won’t find anything quite like it on the market. The day is built on the “Leadership Principles from the Battlefield” framework, with a strong focus on practical exercises and role-playing scenarios.
Through hands-on activities, we demonstrate how to apply the learned principles and concepts directly to your work and everyday life.
Our experience has shown that the most powerful learning happens through doing.
This is a classroom-based training day – but nothing about it will feel ordinary.
